How does SMS sending work?
Add your customers, compose a message, and send it through our MSG91 integration. Each plan includes a monthly SMS quota.
Which SMS template is used?
RateKaro uses a MSG91-approved template for transactional SMS. Your messages are delivered as part of this approved template.
Can I use my own sender ID?
The sender ID is set to RATEKARO. Custom sender IDs can be arranged on the Enterprise plan.
How do I connect Google reviews?
Go to Settings and add your Google review link. We display reviews and let you reply, with AI-assisted draft replies.
What happens after my free trial?
Your trial lasts 14 days. After that, you need to subscribe to a plan to continue sending SMS and using all features.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Cancel your current subscription and subscribe to a new plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Subscription page and click 'Cancel subscription'. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
