Terms of service

These terms govern your use of RateKaro (ratekaro.in), a review automation platform operated by TRCSC / Tata Steel UISL.

1. Service

RateKaro provides SMS-based review request automation for Indian local businesses. We send messages through MSG91 using approved templates.

2. SMS usage

SMS are sent based on your plan's monthly quota. Unused SMS do not roll over. Additional SMS may be purchased separately.

3. Payments

All payments are processed through Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

4. Data

You retain ownership of your customer data. We store data securely on Supabase (Mumbai region). We do not share or sell your data.

5. Compliance

You are responsible for obtaining customer consent before sending SMS. RateKaro complies with Indian telecom regulations through MSG91's DLT platform.

6. Limitation of liability

RateKaro is provided as-is. We are not liable for damages arising from SMS delivery failures, platform downtime, or data loss.
